Dipl.-Ing. Reinhold Gruß
After having completed his studies of Biotechnology Dipl.-Ing. Reinhold Gruss started his career with a microbiological laboratory of one of the world’s largest food corporation in 1991.
Having worked for 11 years and having gathered a lot of experience in the industry Reinhold Gruss continued his career with another two microbiological laboratories. Also in leading positions.
Reinhold Gruss has been offering his knowledge to customers of Novum Analytik since 2008.
Due to many years in the food industry Reinhold Gruss has a unique practical experience.
Since 1996 Reinhold Gruss has been an active member of the working group “Microbiological Limits” of the “Professional Group Food Microbiology and Hygiene” of the “German Association for Hygiene and Microbiology” – “Deutsche Gesellschaft für Hygiene und Mikrobiologie (DGHM)”.
Since 2009 Reinhold Gruss has been authorized by the Regional Council in Stuttgart as microbiological expert for testing official left samples according to § 43 LFGB (Lebensmittel- und Futtermittelgesetzbuch, German food and feed legislation).
Dipl. Chemist Sergio Álvarez Sánchez
After studying chemistry at the University of Granada, Dipl. Chemiker Sergio Álvarez Sánchez gained 4 years of experience in industrial companies in Spain and Germany before continuing his professional career at Novum Analytik GmbH in 2019.
